YUNGBLUDYungblud

The next generation of emo; Doncaster superstar YUNGBLUD has just dropped his self-titled third album. It’s his best record yet – and he knows it! Feeling like it’s the culmination of his journey so far, he couldn’t name his latest LP anything but his own moniker.

Everything up to this moment has been a complete explosion of uncensored expression, where I just told the truth and sang about what I felt in that exact moment. The difference here is that I have thought and felt this record so deeply. I went to a part of myself that I didn’t know was there. I studied it, I bathed in the emotion, tried to solve the equation and come up with an answer (at least for now) from love to pain, adoration to abandonment, laughter to betrayal.

Make sure you catch YUNGBLUD when he heads out on tour early next year, tickets on sale with Gigantic!

MuseWill Of The People

Returning to their alt metal / space rock sound; Teignmouth trio Muse have dropped their ninth album Will Of The People – and it’s as epic as the title sounds!

Tapping into the 21st century tensions, Muse frontman Matt Bellamy is once again unleashed both lyrically and guitar as he lets rip at a world teetering toward totalitarianism across ten tracks recorded on both sides of the Atlantic.

Will Of The People was created in Los Angeles and London and is influenced by the increasing uncertainty and instability in the world. A pandemic, new wars in Europe, massive protests and riots, an attempted insurrection, Western democracy wavering, rising authoritarianism, wildfires and natural disasters and the destabilization of the global order all informed Will Of The People. It has been a worrying and scary time for all of us as the Western empire and the natural world, which have cradled us for so long are genuinely threatened. This album is a personal navigation through those fears and preparation for what comes next.

See Muse when they play three huge headline dates in 2023, where they will be showing off songs from Will Of The People plus playing hits from right across their career. Not to be missed, tickets are on sale right now with Gigantic.
