Fantastic Negrito is a three-time GRAMMY award-winning artist, whose music spans blues, RnB, and American Roots.

In his early years of being a performer, he made a record deal with Prince's former manager, and later, in 1993, made another deal, this one with Interscope Records.

Having won the first NPR Tiny Desk Contest, and collaborated with the likes of Sting and E-40, he has just received his 4th Grammy nomination, Best American Roots Performance, for the song “Oh Betty” from White Jesus Black Problems.
